From Our Farms to Your Table
At Gloria’s, every bottle of hot sauce begins in the fields of the Cauca Valley in Colombia — a region blessed with fertile volcanic soils, fresh mountain water, and sunshine all year round. It’s the perfect place for peppers to grow rich in flavor and vibrant in color.
We partner with dozens of family-owned farms, most of them between 2 and 15 acres, where peppers are more than a crop — they’re a tradition. Many of these families have been cultivating peppers for two or three generations, passing down the knowledge of how to care for the land and harvest at the perfect moment.

Together, these farms cover over 500 acres of pepper fields, growing varieties like Habanero, Cayenne, Jalapeño, and Tabasco. Every pepper is planted, nurtured, and picked by hand. Farmers walk the rows daily, carefully selecting only the healthiest, ripest peppers to bring out the bold, authentic taste you find in our sauces.
